Supplier Selection Model Based on D Numbers and Transformation Function

Selecting reasonable suppliers can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise supply chain management. Among them, expert evaluation is an important part supplier selection problem, but uncertainty, fuzziness and incompleteness opinions make problem difficult to solve. In order systematically solve ambiguity in this paper presents a new method based on D numbers transformation function. First, fuzzy preference relation generated decision matrix pairwise comparisons given by experts. which deal with uncertain information extend (D matrix). Second, converted into crisp form integration representation according different situations whether or not complete. Third, judgement using functions. Finally, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) applied judgment give priority weights for making. Three numerical examples application are used show feasibility effectiveness proposed method.
